Evang Chinedu Obigwe, the National Coordinator of APGA Media Warriors Forum, has commended the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Hon. Chinedu Nwoye, who doubles as the Chief Protocol Officer to the Anambra State Government, for his total loyalty and commitment to the success of Prof. Soludo and his administration.

He made the commendation through a statement titled- “It’s childish and laughable for anybody to say that Glamour hijacked Governor Soludo,” which was sent to Nationwide Reports on Monday.

He wrote- “When I came across a blackmail piece and a voice note attached to the blackmail piece being circulated online against Glamour, I said to myself that those behind it are jokers.

“It is only someone that does not know Governor Soludo that will say that he has been hijacked.

“The Prof Soludo that we all know cannot be hijacked by anybody because he is independent minded.

“The idiot behind the circulation of the blackmail piece and the voice note attached to it is Chidi Okoye.

“What they want to achieve is to poison Governor Soludo mind and strain his relationship with Glamour.

“Chidi Okoye parades himself as the founder of Soludo Support Group but that is not true.

“The founder of SSG is Chinedu Nwoye and he appointed Chidi Okoye as Anambra chapter coordinator in 2019.

“But today, the chronic diarrhoea of the mouth ailment stricken Chidi Okoye is claiming that he founded SSG.

“The impatient fool at forty that will remain a fool forever is now among the promoters of ikemba front and he is parading himself as the founder of ikemba front.

“The truth is that the said Chidi Okoye does not have character.

“I even discovered that he did not refund the money given to him as the coordinator of Anambra chapter of SSG because he claimed as at the time they demanded the refund of the money that he has AMCON problem.

“Chidi Okoye was sacked in 2020 from SSG because of his insatiable appetite for greed.

“To God be the glory that SSG is still waxing strong under the leadership of Glamour.

“What Chidi Okoye and his cohorts are labouring in vain to achieve is to poison Governor Soludo mind against Glamour that can best be referred to as his beloved political Son but they failed woefully.

“Governor Soludo is not a stranger in Nigeria and those that know him will laugh at the foolish claim that he was hijacked by Glamour.

“Truly, this is a childish and senseless blackmail.

“Nobody in Anambra State can claim that he is in charge of Governor Soludo government because the Governor is firmly in charge of his government.

“There is nothing bad in Glamour doing his best to secure political appointments for members of SSG because they worked for it.

“The Governor Soludo that we know rewards loyalty and that was what he did for members of SSG.

“I agree completely with news band publication captioned Soludo has not abandoned ndi support groups.

“But Ogazi and his cohorts in a desperate attempt to blackmail Glamour made a foolish attempt to twist the report.

“Facts are sacred and cannot be buried.

Ogazi was sacked from SSG because of embezzlement of fund hence my reason for saying that he is a rotten character.

“Chidi Okoye is a complete wolf in sheep clothing but am confident that the outcome of the 2025 governorship election will cut him to size politically and otherwise.

“The poisonous game of Chidi Okoye and his cohorts against Glamour is dead on arrival because Glamour loyalty to Governor Soludo is second to none and nobody can use childish blackmail to strain the political Father and Son relationship the both of them are enjoying together.

“Daalu nu.

The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, on Thursday, ruled that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Gubernatorial Candidate in Osun State was validly nominated by the Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee.

The court also ordered INEC to list the PDP logo on the ballot ahead of Saturday’s gubernatorial election.

The Court held that access code is neither a creation of the Constitution nor the Electoral Act; rather, a creation of INEC’s guidelines and cannot, in any way, override the provisions of the Constitution.

Section 288 of the Constitution does not specify the method for nominating candidates; it only states that the names of candidates should be forwarded to the Commission.

The court further held that the defendant (INEC) should take steps to include the name of the appellant on the ballot paper.

Additionally, the court ruled that the primary election conducted by the Tanimu Turaki-led National Working Committee (NWC) of the PDP was a valid primary election in law.

The three-man panel of justices—Justice Mahmud, Justice Jaro, and Justice Ankawere, was unanimous in its judgment.
